My journey started from learning violin and viola when I was 10 years old in China. After performed with symphony orchestra as viola player for 4 years, my dream became even bigger. I started exploring how arts, both music and visuals can impact people and organizations. Now, as a dedicated Ph.D. student researching soft power in organizations, I put my skills and efforts into harnessing the power of creativity and academic insight to elevate brands and unlock their hidden potential.
As a branding consultant and creative designer, it is where my doctoral research interest meets my creativity, fueling my fascination with the concept of “soft power” in the business world. I leverage cultural insights, authentic storytelling, purpose-driven strategies, and visually compelling designs to create brands that transcend borders and resonate with diverse audiences. By harnessing soft power principles, I strive to help businesses build bridges between cultures, fostering unity and leaving a positive impact on a global scale.
